Refunds & Cancellation Policy
24 Hours Refund Window
- If you wish to cancel your course subscription, you may request a refund within 24 hours from the time of payment.
- Refund requests made after 24 hours from the time of payment will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- To initiate a refund request, you must email our support team at refund@eduquest.courses with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Limited Course Access During Refund Window
- From the time of payment until the 24 hours refund period expires, the user will only have access to the basic modules of the course.
- Regular access to the course content will be granted only after the 24 hours refund period has lapsed and no refund request has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once the 24 hours refund period has passed, all sales are final, and no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be permitted.
- If the user has accessed significant portions of the course content beyond the basic modules within the 24 hours window, the refund request may be rejected.
- Refunds will not be provided for technical issues, unless verified and confirmed by our support team as being caused due to faults in our system.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
