Introduction

As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Eduquest, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Eduquest through our Affiliate Program (“Program”).

Your participation in the Program is solely intended to legally promote our website and earn a commission on course memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to Eduquest through your unique referral link.

By promoting Eduquest using your affiliate URL, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Commissions

Commissions will be paid to users for successful referrals based on the expiry of the cancellation period as per Eduquest’s Refund Policy, plus 7 business working days. The actual date of payout may vary depending on when the cancellation/refund period ends for each referred transaction.

Each successful referral will be represented as “One Coin”. Each Coin represents a value which shall be assigned from the backend by Eduquest to the user’s referral tab based on the course referred. The minimum value required in your referral tab in order to redeem the commission shall be Rs. 500.

A referral shall be considered successful only if:
– The referred person has successfully paid for the course and received the course enrolment email or access to the purchased course.

– The referred person has not initiated a refund within the applicable refund period after purchase.

In some cases, a Coin may appear in your dashboard immediately after a payment is made by the referee. However, if the referred user cancels the course or fails to complete payment, such Coins may be removed from the backend without prior notice, and the Affiliate shall not raise objections or disputes regarding such reversals.

Affiliates must be aged 18 or above to be eligible for commission withdrawal.

Self-referrals are not allowed. Commissions will not be paid for purchases made using your own affiliate link.

You may either request a withdrawal of your affiliate commission or use the Coins earned to purchase any new course, subject to terms and conditions as may be specified by Eduquest from time to time.

Commissions will be paid only for successfully completed transactions. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be eligible for payouts.

2. Maximum Referral Limit

The maximum number of successful referrals is capped at 50 per user. Accordingly, the maximum number of Coins an Affiliate can earn is limited to 50 Coins. The value of each Coin may vary depending on the course referred, and shall be assigned by Eduquest from the backend. Once this cap is reached, no further Coins or commissions shall be credited, even if additional referrals are made.

3. No Commission on Website Sign-Ups

This referral program is designed to promote course purchases. No commission or income shall be payable merely for making others sign up on the Eduquest website. Referral benefits are applicable only when a course is purchased and the conditions for successful referral are fulfilled.

4. Voluntary Participation Disclaimer

Joining the referral program is purely voluntary and not mandatory. Users are strongly advised to read and understand all Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and User Terms before enrolling into any course or participating in the referral program.

5. Termination

Your affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for the following reasons:
– Inappropriate advertisements, false claims, misleading links.
– Spamming (mass emails, newsgroup postings, etc.).
– Promotion on sites associated with illegal activities.
– Failure to disclose affiliate relationship when required by law.
– Violation of Eduquest’s intellectual property rights.
– Offering cashbacks, rebates, or commissions to referred users.
– Fraudulent referrals or self-referrals.
– Any other activity violating this Agreement or deemed inappropriate by Eduquest.

Eduquest reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

6. Affiliate Links

You may use affiliate links and creatives (text and graphics) provided by Eduquest or your own, provided they comply with this Agreement. You may promote via websites, emails, social media, and online/offline ads.

7. Coupon and Deal Sites Policy

– Do not use misleading text or deceptive promotions implying false coupons or deals.
– Do not bid on Eduquest coupon-related keywords.
– Do not create automatic pop-ups/unders or hidden affiliate cookies without user intent.
– Do not promote “Click to See Deal” text when there are no actual deals or coupons.

8. Taxes and Deductions

All commissions are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source). If your PAN is not linked to Aadhaar, a higher TDS rate of 20% will be applied. TDS deducted will be deposited against your PAN and can be claimed by you when filing your tax return.

9. Payouts

Payouts will be made only through banking channels. You must send self-attested bank account details to support@eduquest.courses to process your commission withdrawals.

10. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding using Eduquest branded keywords is strictly prohibited without written permission.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Eduquest is not responsible for any indirect losses, technical failures, tracking issues, or system errors affecting commission calculations.

12. Term and Modifications

This Agreement becomes effective upon your registration and remains in force until terminated by either party. Eduquest reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued participation implies acceptance of such changes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eduquest and its representatives harmless against all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from your actions, misrepresentations, or non-compliance with this Agreement.

14. Electronic Signature

By promoting Eduquest via your affiliate link, you acknowledge this Agreement electronically and agree to its binding terms, having the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
